The picture shows Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime Minister of India, listening intently to Dr. Rajkumari Amrit Kaur, the then Health Minister of India on their visit to HPL factory on 27th March 1950. Lady Edwina Mountbatten and Shrimati Indira Gandhi are also seen absorbed listening to factory matters.

Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime Minister of India along with his daughter Smt. Indira Gandhi and first Health Minister of India Dr. Raj Kumari Amrit Kaur revisited our factory on 22nd Oct, 1950 and they all signed in our visitor’s book which is reproduced above.
